Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge

Every single member of the staff that we had contact with was efficient and personable. We needed a hotel close to MIT and this met our need. The shuttle was a bonus. It took us to within walking distance of the restaurant we had chosen in Harvard Square. I had booked two rooms and the fact that they were not closer together was not a problem. The staff clearly made an effort, but we chose to take two rooms that were ready and waiting. The rooms had everything we needed and everything was immaculate. The garden in the back was lovely. The view from breakfast at the restaurant was lovely, especially watching a family of geese amble across Memorial Drive as traffic stopped for them. Great walking around the Charles. It was nice to be able to leave our car in the parking garage after checkout. Two of us walked while two more took a college tour. When we came back from our walk, we waited in the lobby for about half an hour. A staff member brought us bottled water and had a pleasant conversation. The hotel met all of our needs and I would recommend it if you need to be in that area.

Was only here for a very short 1.5 days, but felt very comfortable. Staff was courteous, room was clean, and bed and pillows were so fantastic that I wish I could have taken the bed home with me. Mattress was 10/10 (just the perfect soft/hard balance), best sleep I had in a while. Thermostat is very important to me, and it did not disappoint- digital, and fully adjustable as needed. Huge TV, great channel options. I have a feeling it is very hard to keep an 80/90s hotel in such good shape, so either it was recently renovated or they are doing a great job with upkeep. Carpet seemed new, room smelled great.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is excellent, being conveniently close to both MIT and Boston University, making it ideal for visiting students or attending events at these institutions. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request or provide helpful information about the local area. Their warm and professional demeanor truly made me feel welcome. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was vibrant and positive, contributing to a pleasant stay. The public areas were clean and well-maintained, and the decor was modern and inviting. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The good vibes throughout the hotel made it a memorable experience. Whether enjoying a meal at the on-site restaurant or simply relaxing in the lobby, the pleasant ambiance was evident. The Hyatt Regency Cambridge successfully combines a great location, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a top choice for anyone visiting the area.

We visited for my wife's birthday and Christina at the front desk was great. The champagne and cupcakes in our room were an excellent and appreciated touch. Overall it was a wonderful stay, would recommend, and we will be staying again.

The luxury of all aspects of this hotel made it a great stay. The staff was welcoming and extremely friendly upon check in, and accommodated our request. The dessert (after a night out) was amazing!! The only negative was that the 3rd floor outdoor seating area was closed.
