I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is excellent, being conveniently close to both MIT and Boston University, making it ideal for visiting students or attending events at these institutions. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the super courtesy of the personnel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request or provide helpful information about the local area. Their warm and professional demeanor truly made me feel welcome. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was vibrant and positive, contributing to a pleasant stay. The public areas were clean and well-maintained, and the decor was modern and inviting. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The good vibes throughout the hotel made it a memorable experience. Whether enjoying a meal at the on-site restaurant or simply relaxing in the lobby, the pleasant ambiance was evident. The Hyatt Regency Cambridge successfully combines a great location, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a top choice for anyone visiting the area.

Was only here for a very short 1.5 days, but felt very comfortable. Staff was courteous, room was clean, and bed and pillows were so fantastic that I wish I could have taken the bed home with me. Mattress was 10/10 (just the perfect soft/hard balance), best sleep I had in a while. Thermostat is very important to me, and it did not disappoint- digital, and fully adjustable as needed. Huge TV, great channel options. I have a feeling it is very hard to keep an 80/90s hotel in such good shape, so either it was recently renovated or they are doing a great job with upkeep. Carpet seemed new, room smelled great.

I liked the hotel BUT when i booked it showed the room was under 300 a night but upon my arrival to check in an pay i quickly learned it was 150 more then i expected . I was there to Attend a PINK concert at Fenway so trying to find something else wasn't really even an option . I have paid 450 a night to be literally right across the street from the venue at other cocerts . THAT is what i expect for 450 a night . The shuttle doesnt run to Fenway so there was almost another 100 in cab fees there an back. I didn't even try to disput anything but WHEN i book at said price that is WHAT i expect

Gautam in the front desk was amazing. I had a problem downloading to my phone concert tickets I had bought on line. He worked with me for half an hour trying to find a way forward. All this in between serving guests - I couldn't ask anything more - he was Outstanding !!!! I also liked the bottles of water. I really liked Trader Joe's not being far away to get things not available at the hotel.

We've stayed at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge in the past because it's one of the more reasonably priced hotels in Boston/Cambridge and it's in a great location. We had a spectacular view of the Charles River, downtown Boston, and Boston U (my alma mater) from our balcony. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also like the many sitting areas on the first floor.
